LK Health keeps steps, meals, workouts and sleep in one continuous interface. Tap any card and it opens from the spot where it sits into a full page, then folds back along the same path when you go back.
This screen uses the app's own UI, so the cards, the dock and the buttons all respond to taps.

Motion
Four page transitions
Every transition uses the same length and the same curve, 460 ms on cubic-bezier(.3, .7, .2, 1). It starts quickly and slows down for a long time before it settles, so the eye can follow each step.
Dock
A frosted-glass dock
The page behind the dock is blurred by 22 dp and covered with a translucent layer of the background colour, so the labels stay readable over a card of any colour.
Day and night
A palette for the day and one for the night
At night the marigold cards turn deep blue and the long shadows take a darker night colour, while numbers and text keep their contrast. The theme can follow the system, stay on day or night, or change with the time.

Design
Every shadow falls the same way
In LK Studio's B3 design the light always comes from the top left and every shadow falls to the lower right at 35°, with no blur and no gradient. The most important number is set in LK Sans Black with a long shadow, and the rest of the data uses a light weight so it reads quietly.

Workouts
Every movement is drawn as a moving skeleton
Each limb casts its own long shadow, so you can see where your hands and feet go even on a small screen. ASABA Assistant builds the weekly plan from a short questionnaire. It is a rule engine that runs on the phone, not generative AI, and it never goes online.
